On Rope Canyon Kegs offer an excellent way to manage dry storage within wet canyons or whitewater environments. Unlike dry bags, the canyon kegs external shell helps protect your items from crushing during impact, offers excellent floatation, and allows easy access to your goods. Small holes molded into the lid handles make for an ideal place to tie a loop of cordage where the keg can then be easily grabbed or clipped into boats or packs during whitewater applications (550 cord is perfect for this application and we have installed a clip in loop for your convenience). With heavy duty tape being an essential quick fix, we have utilized the flat mid-section of the keg and pre-installed wraps of Gorilla Tape to deliver added value, leaving you with one less thing to do prior to heading out the door. On Rope Canyoneering Kegs are ready to go from day 1, offering outstanding protection from water, several feet of heavy duty Gorilla Tape, and a 550lb test paracord loop tied into the lid.
